Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 60 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when shipped by IMRON Corporation. A 10% restocking fee is charged for any cancelled or returned items. Customized products are NOT returnable.
(Above not applicable for any IMRON hardware products that are out of warranty. Please order new products.)


RMA Procedures

  • ALL RETURNS must be accompanied with a RMA number.
  • To obtain an RMA number, fill out the Online RMA form.
  • Please clearly mark the RMA number on the box of your return package.
  • Please ensure that the returned item is packaged properly and contains ALL original parts and components.

Terms and Conditions

IMRON CORP warrants to Reseller that for a period of eighteen (18) months or, in the case of products supplied by other vendors, the applicable supplier’s warranty period, the Hardware shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and when (i) operated in a suitable environment as specified in the appropriate product description and (ii) properly maintained and operated, will perform in accordance with IMRON CORP'S applicable published specifications. If an item of Hardware is found not to meet this standard during the warranty period, it will be repaired or, at the option of IMRON CORP, replaced. IMRON CORP'S warranty with respect to repaired or replaced Hardware or components thereof shall extend for the greater of (a) ninety (90) days after installation or (b) the unexpired portion of the warranty period for such Hardware.


A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides the longer coverage. Returned products must include ALL original parts. If the part in question is deemed to have been damaged by reason of abnormal use, abuse, unapproved modification, servicing, negligence, or accident in the field and if it is feasible to repair the part, the customer has an option of paying repair costs – or – the damaged part will be returned back AS IS.

Advance Replacements:  The customer will be billed for the replacement part. A purchase order is REQUIRED for all advance replacements. A credit for the replacement part will be issued once the part in question is received by IMRON Corporation and is deemed to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect.

If the part in question is deemed to have been damaged by reason of abnormal use, abuse, unapproved modification, servicing, negligence, or accident in the field no credit will be issued. If it is feasible to repair the part, the customer has an option of paying repair costs – or – the damaged part will be returned back AS IS.

If the part in question is deemed to be fully functional, no credit will be issued and the part will be returned AS IS.

PLEASE NOTE: Products shipped out from IMRON Corporation undergo extensive testing to ensure that the product(s) are fully functional. If product(s) does not appear functional, check hardware settings (dip switches and jumpers) and software settings first before reporting a system defect.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
