Hardware Manager

•  The Hardware Manager check box, if selected, allows the operator to view the Graphic Map screen using the permissions assigned to the profile.  If the check box has been removed and the value is set to No Access, when the operator signs in the Hardware Manager will not be displayed.
     o  Highlight the Hardware Manager Property from the Profile Settings column on the left hand side.
     o  From the Properties – Hardware Manager Column on the right assign the property permissions the operator should / should not have access to.
     o  Command Buttons
            Unlock - Set the value to True if the operator will make changes to the Hardware Manager.  Without the ability to unlock the module, the operator will only be able to view Hardware Manager.
            Save – Set the value to True if the operator will have the ability to save changes.
            Refresh – Set the value to True to allow the operator the ability to refresh the Hardware Manager screen.
            Point Status – Set the value to True if the operator should have the ability to view the status of hardware as well as manually control hardware points.
            Save – Set the value to True if the operator will have the ability to save changes.
            Print Preview– Set the value to True if the operator should have the ability to access the Hardware Manager.
            Download - Set the value to True if the operator will have the ability to perform downloads of Hardware Manager to one (1) or more controllers.
     o  General
            Display Profile Assignments – Set the value to True if the operator will have the ability to configure System Partitioning.  With the Display Profile Assignments selected, the operator will have the ability to allow / disallow one (1) or more profiles access to view, configure and control hardware down to the reader.  This allows a true System Partitioning to be completed.
