Blank Page - New Blank Badge .

File folder - Open an existing Badge Design.

Floppy disk -Save, this option will prompt for a file name if the badge layout design has not previously been saved with a file name.  If the badge layout design has previously been saved with a file name, the operator will be asked if the existing badge design should be overwritten with the changes.

Scissors - Cut, this option allows for fields, images or pictures to be cut from the current badge layout design.

Clipboard - Copy, this option allows for fields, images or pictures to be copied from the current badge layout design.

Paste - this option allows for fields, images or pictures to be pasted by using information copied to badge designer clipboard.

Send to Front - This option allows for the printing order of an image or text field to be printed second so the information is not covered by backgrounds and other graphical backgrounds.  This option is most commonly for text fields when a background image has been applied to a badge layout design.

Send to back - This option allows for the printing order of an image or logo field to be printed first so the information is the first item printed on the badge layout design.  This option is most commonly used for background images and logos that have been added to a badge design layout.

1 / 2 - This option designates the side of the badge; this is used for double-sided badge design layouts.

Magnifying glass with plus sign - Zoom, this option is used to zoom into the badge design layout.

Magnifying glass with minus sign - Zoom Out, this option is used to zoom out of the badge design layout.

Grid - This option will display a grid on the badge design layout to aid in the placement of fields, images, logos and signatures.

Arrow - Default mouse placement.

Photo , Logo, Image, Signature - this option allows for the operator to add a Photo, Logo, Image, or Signature to the badge design layout.

Aa - Text, this option allows for the customization of text fields to be placed onto the badge design layout.  This option also allows for individual text field to be linked to database fields so values are automatically populated onto the badge design.

Shape - this option allows for shapes to be added to the badge design layout.
