Time Schedules

Time Schedule Controls

  • Click the pad lock once to unlock the module.  Editing of the screen cannot be completed until the pad lock has been unlocked.
  • Click the floppy disk to save the current record.
  • Click the red X to delete the highlighted record.
  • Click the palm tree to access the Holiday setup page.
  • Click the Status icon to view all active Time Schedules by Time Schedule ID.
  • Click on the printer icon to access the Time Schedules reports.
  • Click on the Download Manager icon to select the items to be downloaded to all or specified controllers.

 

Adding New Time Schedules

Time Schedules are created and assigned to Access Levels, Device Groups / Areas and other modules such as Triggers and Macros.  Time Schedules designate by interval periods of unlock or access.  Up to 100 Time Schedules can be created by Controller Group with up to 12 time intervals for the Mercury hardware platform and up to six (6) time intervals for the VertX / Mixed hardware platform.  Note:  The Onity Wireless Locks will only recognize the first 5 intervals of a time schedule.

  • Click on the Access menu and select Time Schedules.
  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Time Schedule module.
  • If Controller Groups are being utilized, select the appropriate Controller Group from the drop down pick list next to Controller Groups.
  • Select the next available Time Schedule from the drop down pick list next to Time Schedule.
  • To edit the Time Schedule description, click on the ellipse (the box with three (3) dots) to the right of the Time Schedule tag.  Enter the Time Schedule Name and click on the Green check mark to save the changes.
  • Click in the Interval one (1) Start Time box and enter the Start Time for the schedule.  All Time intervals should be entered in a 24 hour time format.  As a time interval has been entered, the time period will also be displayed graphically at the bottom of the Time Schedule page. Repeat the process of each Start Time Interval to be added to the system.
  • Click in the interval one (1) End Time box and enter the End Time for the schedule.  All Time intervals should be entered in a 24 hour time format. As a time interval has been entered, the time period will also be displayed graphically at the bottom of the Time Schedule page.  Repeat the process of each End Time Interval to be added to the system.
  • Time Schedule intervals can also be modified by clicking at the top of the graphic for a specific time period and using the mouse to drag and drop to add or remove time from the interval.
  • Select the day(s) of the week for the time interval to be used.  The day selection boxes are toggle boxes, by clicking once in the box the day will be selected, by clicking in the box a second time the day will be de-selected.  The day of the week check boxes will appear as M, T, W, Th, F, St, Sn.
