Filtering Records in Personnel Manager

Using the Filter feature to locate a Personnel Record

  • Unlock the Module to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the binocular icon.
  • The filter box will be displayed.
  • Data Field:  Select the field to be filtered from the drop down pick list.  For example, if a filter based on Last Name was to be performed, select Last Name.
  • Search Criteria:  Type or select a value based on the Data Field selection.
  • Multiple Filter conditions can be created by using the And / Or buttons and filling in additional Data Field / Search Criteria conditions.
  • Sort By:  Select a field value to sort by; this can be accomplished by clicking on the drop down arrow to the right of the Sort By field.  For
