NOTES:

  • If you need to start or stop the IS2000 system, you MUST start/stop it from Windows Services.
  • If the “IMRON Corporation- IS2000” service won’t start (or does start but immediately stops), remove the “IMRON Corporation- IS2000” service and make sure the IS2000 username and password entered for the Auto log on are correct.
  • If you need to open the Graphical User Interface (GUI) on the IS2000 Server, make sure that the “IMRON Corporation- IS2000” service is running (if you have Windows Services window open, hit the “Refresh” button to update the status of all Windows Services). You will have to close the GUI, open Windows Task Manger and verify that the IS2000 application is not running (process name: IS2000.exe). If there is an IS2000 application running, end the Task. Afterwards, go to Windows Services and start the “IMRON Corporation- IS2000” service.
