David A. Weinfeld
David is the Executive Vice President of IMRON Corporation and is responsible for administering contracts, licensing, and associated financial arrangements with IMRON’s vendors, integrators, dealers, and partners. Before joining IMRON Corporation, he spent 15 years as a mechanical engineer and worked on several major aerospace programs at major national corporations such as Boeing, Rockwell, and McDonnell Douglas.
Additionally, David practiced business and corporate law for over 25 years. He served as founding partner at Weinfeld & Mixon, Inc., an extremely successful law firm in Orange County, California, and represented clients such as Emerson Electric Co., Kingmax Micro Technology, CEI Industries, Inc., Slitech Manufacturing Ltd., USA, Western Machining Co., W. Waterman Industries, Inc., Liebert Corporation, Circle Porsche-Audi Volvo & County Wide Jeep-Chrysler.
David holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the City College of New York, a master’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton, and obtained his juris doctor degree from Pepperdine University. With the highest Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating, he is licensed to practice in all California state and federal courts and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
