ACP-EXT16 Elevator Extension Board

The ACP-EC10 (Elevator controller) and ACP-EX16 (Elevator Extension Board) are used for elevator control applications. The system controls the elevator floor button(s), based on the user’s access credentials.

After a valid card read or fingerprint scan, the system will activate the necessary floors based on the assigned privileges. For example, Tom has access privileges to floors 3 and 10 in the software. If Tom attempts to push any other floor after a valid read, the system will take no action. Tom will only be allowed to push buttons 3 and 10.

The ACP series hardware is built on a flexible, open technology to provide management, real-time monitoring and control of your access control system using IS2000.

ACP-EXT16 Elevator Extension Board Dip Switches

Switches 1-3 are used to set the RS-485 addressing of the ACP-EX16 Extension Board in RS485.  The addressing follows binary coding.  Please keep the system powered OFF before setting the address.  Place the corresponding switches to the desired state, and maintain unique addressing on each RS-485 bus.  Below is what the addressing should like like:
