Flexible Enrollment & Consent Management
Enables users to enroll from anywhere, at any time, using their mobile devices or web browsers. This streamlined process not only saves time but also ensures a seamless transition to immediately authenticating with Rock X upon arrival. Machine Learning at the edge continuously updates user profiles as characteristics change, no need to re-enroll.
Importantly, the enrollment process prioritizes user privacy and transparency, incorporating a opt-in policy for capturing consent and empowers employees to make informed decisions.
Ideal for enrolling a large population of users. Each time a user who opts-in to using facial authentication swipes their credentials, a portion of their digital profile is built. Typically after 4-5 badge reads, Alcatraz has captured enough information to enable facial authentication. After enrollment, employees can experience badge-less facial authentication or 2FA/MFA where needed (badge + facial authentication). Machine Learning at the edge continuously updates user profiles as characteristics change, no need to re-enroll.
In the rare case where a users chooses to opt-out of using facial authentication, an administrator can place them on the opt-out list, ensuring that no facial data is ever captured for those users.
A user scans their existing badge credential on a badge reader connected to the Rock X. A small OLED screen on the Rock X guides the user to move their face in various directions. Once enrollment is complete, a green check icon is displayed. In a matter of seconds, a digital profile is created from this process that is immediately encrypted and fused to the to badge ID from the user's existing access credential. After enrollment, employees can experience badge-less facial authentication or 2FA/MFA where needed (badge + facial authentication). Machine Learning at the edge continuously updates user profiles as characteristics change, no need to re-enroll.
