By submitting information, you represent that you have the legal right to provide it and that doing so does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.

Subject to applicable law, you grant IMRON a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, distribute, display, and create derivative works from submitted materials.

If you create an account or register as a member of imron.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your computer or device.

You are responsible for activities occurring under your member identification and password.

Entire Agreement / No Waiver

These Terms of Use constitute the agreement between IMRON and users concerning the subject matter addressed here. Failure by IMRON to enforce any provision does not waive IMRON's right to enforce that or any other provision later.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

Site Content may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or information that is not current.

IMRON may correct, change, or update Content at any time without prior notice, but does not guarantee that all errors or inaccuracies will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use, the IMRON Privacy Policy, use of this Site and other IMRON websites, the Service, and the Content are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Claims of Copyright Infringement

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement may be submitted in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) to the appropriate designated agent.
