Check-in App Instructions

For Sponsors

1. Accessing the App

• Open your mobile browser and go to https://checkin.imron.com.

2. Selecting Your Company:

• From the dropdown, select your company name.
• The app will remember your selection for future use.

3. Scanning Attendees

• Ask attendees to show their QR code ticket (on their phone or printed).
• Scan their code using your phone camera — once successful, it's automatically recorded.

4. Purpose

• Scanning helps track booth visits and ensures attendees qualify for the Amazon Gift Card Giveaway.
• Encourage attendees to visit all Gold and Platinum sponsors before 3:55 PM.

Troubleshooting

If the camera doesn't appear, check that:

• You've allowed camera access in your browser.
• No other app or browser tab is currently using the camera — close those first, then refresh the page.

Refresh the page or restart your browser if scanning doesn't start.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Adjust lighting or distance if the QR code isn't reading clearly.

Contact IMRON staff if issues persist or scans don't seem to log correctly.
