More than two decades of security experience focused on one goal: making complex systems easier to deploy, support and use.
Jesus brings more than 20 years of experience in access control and the security industry to his role at IMRON.
Early in his career with the company, he focused on designing systems that made security installations more efficient and easier for customers to deploy.
Today, that same approach drives his work in customer success: understand the problem, simplify the solution and make sure the customer can rely on it.
Security systems don't exist in a laboratory. They have to work every day across different buildings, networks, controllers, readers and generations of technology.
Helping customers and integrators design security systems that are practical to install, manage and maintain.
Drawing on deep experience with both current and legacy security platforms to help customers bridge generations of technology.
Working beyond installation and deployment to help customers get lasting value from their security systems.
Before joining IMRON, Jesus managed a molecular genetics laboratory at the University of California, Irvine.
His scientific background brings a different perspective to security — one built around analysis, troubleshooting and understanding how complex systems interact.
Jesus earned bachelor's and master's degrees in biological and health sciences from the University of Sonora.
His work in molecular genetics also contributed to patents and scientific publications before his career transitioned into security technology.
Customer success is built on relationships — with customers, technology partners and the people behind the systems.
From system design and integrations to troubleshooting and long-term support, Jesus helps make sure the technology behind IMRON translates into security systems customers can depend on.
