Registration

Location:

• The Registration Area is right when you enter the West Entrance in the Concourse.
• IMRON registration tables will be set up in the front when you enter.

Staff Duties:

Maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude to ensure a smooth registration process for all guests. The first 40 minutes will see the main rush of people arriving. 

• 1. Greeting Guests:
• Greet each guest upon arrival.
• Ask guests to present their ticket (QR code) and a photo ID.

• 2. Checking In:
• All guests should be pre-registered.
• Using the Check-In App, scan the guest's ticket, which contains a QR code. The ticket can be shown on their phone or as a printed copy.
• Once checked in, place a USA sticker on the guest's shirt and ask if they plan to take a stadium tour.
  

• 3. Handling Unregistered Guests or Lost Badges:
• Unregistered guests should register from the link below:
  https://imron.com/security3
  After the guest registers, scan the QR code they received in their confirmation email. Once the scan is successful, place a USA sticker on their shirt and ask whether they plan to participate in the stadium tour.

• 4. Stadium Tours:
• There will be six VIP Stadium Tours scheduled at the following times: 2:30 PM (Green), 2:45 PM (Purple), 3:00 PM (Yellow), 3:15 PM (Orange), 3:30 PM (Pink), and 3:45 PM (Cyan). Each tour group will include up to 50 participants.
• Ask the guest which time they would prefer based on what is available and place the corresponding tour sticker on their shirt. Sticker color represents the time of the tour: 2:30 PM (Green), 2:45 PM (Purple), 3:00 PM (Yellow), 3:15 PM (Orange), 3:30 PM (Pink), and 3:45 PM (Cyan). Tell them to meet at the designated tour starting area 5 minutes before their tour time.

• 5. Amazon Gift Cards:
• We will be giving away two $500 Amazon Gift Cards at 3:55 PM.
• Winners MUST be present at the time of the drawing to claim their prize.
• To qualify, attendees must visit each Gold and Platinum Sponsor and have their ticket (QR code) scanned at every participating booth.
• Staff should remind attendees of this opportunity and encourage them to visit all sponsor tables before 3:55 PM.

Food will only be available from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
